All candidates must have 6 months' experience of employment within the UK and hold all relevant eligibility paperwork. We have the resources to carry out DBS checks and qualifications must be proven.

There are many regulations that govern the care industry. We need to follow a strict recruitment procedure to ensure we meet these guidelines. If your CV/Application Form meets our standards, you will be invited for a face to face interview. We have to make sure you have a good level of written and spoken English so you can communicate effectively with our clients.

Because you will be working with vulnerable adults it is essential we make the proper checks. Before you start your work with us we will support you to provide us with the following:
